Explore health and cancer coaching
The thing about dealing with any health issue irrespective of what it is, is that it affects you.
I know, it sounds obvious, but often when you’re caught up in life, trying to navigate your way through your health issue, especially if it means undergoing some form of treatment, life can feel out of your control. In other words, you can find yourself suddenly feeling extremely vulnerable.
If you’re used to being in charge, this can be a difficult shift. Especially when everyone around you may seem to have an opinion. Or worse, out of fear or helplessness, friends and family fall away.
Which is precisely where I come in…
“Embracing health coaching is not just about healing; it’s about transforming vulnerability into strength.”

Health & Balance Coaching – taking back control
My Health and Balance specialist coaching service is formulated around one person only. You.
This is your opportunity to be vulnerable – but safely so, in a non-judgemental and highly supportive environment. One where you’re at the centre of your health, exploring your own unique circumstances and devising your own unique plan.
Whatever your health situation or prognosis, with careful guidance and support, it’s my job to help you rediscover strength, autonomy and you. All at your own pace.

“Quite often, when clients leave their first session, they’ve already developed a solid idea about what they want to achieve… it’s very empowering. It also means that when they return, they’re fully equipped to create their own action plan.”
Sleep, natural nutrition, movement and stress management are some of the key pillars of health and cancer coaching.
Previously, managing these may have formed part of your everyday life. However, when dealing with a specific health issue or illness, overwhelm can quickly set in.
This is especially so when faced with something like cancer. From getting tested for possible cancer, all the way through the cancer journey to the end of treatment and loss of support that brings, as well as an uncertain future post treatment, all combined can make it hard to know where to begin.
Frequently asked Questions
How many sessions will I have?
I offer two coaching packages for individuals – one for 6 sessions, another for 12.
I also offer Group coaching for between two and four people and corporate sessions too.
How are the sessions organised?
Session 1:
Your first session is an in-depth questionnaire that may last anything up to two hours. Though this may sound intense, it gives you the perfect platform to experience the rare gift of truly being heard.
Clients often tell me afterwards that this first session helps them clarify the real issues they’re dealing with. It’s also ideal preparation for…
Session 2:
Session 2 often happens quite soon after the first – maybe only a short number of days. Here, you’re encouraged to use what we discovered in session 1 and develop your very own action plan.
Subsequent sessions are based on this.
What if I am undergoing some form of medical treatment and this interferes with my coaching schedule?
That’s 100% fine – let me know as in advance as possible and we can reschedule to suit. Coaching sessions also don’t need to be every week, they are based around you. My only stipulation is that for accountability you commit to completing your programme.
I’ve been told I have cancer markers – how soon can I start the coaching?
Coaching sessions can commence whenever you are ready – when it comes to cancer I can support you from pre-diagnosis through to any stage of your post-treatment recovery journey.
