Yoga is amazing! Originating in India thousands of years ago, it’s survived through the generations, bringing us the timeless wisdom we enjoy today.
If you’re familiar with it, you’ll know it’s renowned as a holistic practice. One that integrates physical postures, breathwork, meditation and ethical principles
If you’re less familiar, in layman’s terms, it’s a powerfully transformative strength, flexibility and relaxation tool.
This means that if you’re looking to bring health and balance back into your life, it’s perfect.
My teaching style combines functional sport, flow
and restorative practices that link mind, body and breath. However, as a health
practitioner, accessibility and enjoyment are key to what you can expect.
As well as offering regular classes to individuals,
groups and corporates, I’m specifically trained to provide adapted yoga for
both cancer and menopause.

£120 charity rate per hour.
